The beauty of NovAlive kefir is that while we suggest one tablespoon a day as part of your healthy diet, you don't have to worry too much about overdoing it like you do with probiotics in supplement form. Our goal is to encourage you to just include it in your diet like you do other healthy foods...throw it in a smoothie, add it to a salad, or just take a gulp from the jar (like we do 🙈)! Simplicity is key to maintaining good habits!
